Admin & Procurement Officer

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration or Management.

  • Prior experience in procurement for construction/interior projects is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), SAP, or inventory management software.

  • Detail-oriented, skilled in price negotiation, and able to work under pressure.

  • Willing to coordinate with on-site teams in out-of-town project locations.

Job Description

  • Manage project documentation (contracts, work permits, financial reports).

  • Oversee material procurement (price comparisons, supplier negotiations, shipment tracking).

  • Create purchase orders (PO) and maintain project inventory.

  • Coordinate with logistics for the distribution of materials to project sites.
