Drafter & 3D Visualizer

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max with V-Ray/Corona, and Lumion.
At least 2 years of experience as a drafter/visualizer in interior projects.
Fast learner when it comes to revisions and highly detail-oriented.
Portfolio must demonstrate strong technical drawing and rendering skills.

Produce detailed working drawings (AutoCAD), including floor plans, ceiling plans, furniture details, and more.
Create realistic 3D renderings (using SketchUp or 3Ds Max with V-Ray) for client presentations.
Revise designs based on feedback from interior designers or the Project Manager.
Assist in preparing the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for procurement purposes.
