Finance & Accounting Officer

Requirement
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, including tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax), and proficiency in financial reporting.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with financial software and data management tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; capable of working independently or in a team under pressure.
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, initiative, and the ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
Job Description
- Prepare and manage financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and budget realization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee all financial transactions, bank reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, and ensure timely documentation and archiving of financial records.
- Manage company cash flow and ensure punctual payment of vendor invoices, employee salaries, tax obligations, and internal/external financial transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions, monitor budget performance, and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
- Handle corporate tax processes (VAT, Income Tax), submit timely reports, and coordinate with tax consultants or authorities as needed.
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Submit billing to clients/customers, track payments, and ensure receivables are collected accurately and on time.
