Interior Designer
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in interior design for commercial and/or residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max with V-Ray/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of modern design trends, premium materials, and ergonomics.
- Portfolio must include a minimum of two projects involving office buildings and/or luxury residences.
Job Description
- Develop interior design concepts (including themes, materials, and furniture) for office spaces and luxury residences.
- Create mood boards, material samples, and technical drawings (layouts, furniture details, lighting plans).
- Coordinate with drafters, 3D visualizers, and contractors to ensure accurate design execution.
- Attend client meetings to present design proposals and handle revisions.
- Conduct on-site quality control to ensure the final outcome aligns with the approved design.
