Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in interior or construction projects (portfolio in office or luxury residential projects is required).
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera, Trello, or other project management tools.
Strong understanding of ISO/SMK3 standards and Indonesian construction regulations.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia.
Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of interior and construction projects—from concept development to handover.
Develop Gantt Charts and Cost Estimates (RAB), while monitoring project progress and mitigating potential delays.
Maintain close coordination with clients, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders (e.g., MEP consultants).
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Conduct site visits across Indonesia to oversee and monitor project implementation.
Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly/monthly progress reports to management and clients.
