Project Manager Interior & Construction
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in interior or construction projects (portfolio in office or luxury residential projects is required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera, Trello, or other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of ISO/SMK3 standards and Indonesian construction regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia.
Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of interior and construction projects—from concept development to handover.
- Develop Gantt Charts and Cost Estimates (RAB), while monitoring project progress and mitigating potential delays.
- Maintain close coordination with clients, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders (e.g., MEP consultants).
- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Conduct site visits across Indonesia to oversee and monitor project implementation.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly/monthly progress reports to management and clients.
