Problem
In this project, the client asked for full AV solution for their new office across three floors. There are a total of 64 rooms including Quiet Rooms, Huddle Rooms, Small Meeting Rooms, Medium Meeting Rooms, Large Meeting Rooms, Boardroom, Townhall, Social Hub, and Digital Signage.
Solution
We provide an integrated automation AV solution across all the meeting rooms using LG and Samsung display, Crestron Matrix Switcher and control processor, and Polycom for Video Conference. We also utilize Korbyt for displaying content across all digital signage.
- Small and medium meeting room:
- Samsung 43″ or 55″ display
- Polycom Trio for Video Conference
- Crestron Auto Switcher for seamless transition between presentation and video conference mode
- Big meeting room:
- Samsung or LG 65″ display
- Polycom GS500 for Video Conference
- Crestron Matrix Switcher and Control Processor for control automation and seamless transition between presentation and video conference mode
- Boardroom:
- Samsung 55″ and 75″ display and 2 Dell Interactive Display
- Polycom GS500 and Polycom ceiling mic for Video Conference
- Soundbar for clearer audio output
- Crestron Matrix Switch, Control Processor, and Touch Panel for control automation and seamless transition between presentation and video conference mode
- Townhall:
- Samsung 75″ display and 55″ mobile display
- Polycom GS500 for Video Conference
- Crestron DMPS Control Processor for automation integration between 5 different rooms whether by itself or combined
- Crestron DSP-1280 as audio processor with Sennheiser Microphone and Crestron Speaker as audio input and output
